My stay at the hotel was great overall. The room I stayed in, meant to be feather-free, was very nice once it was ready, but it took some time because they had to de-feather it. The service from the staff at the Philadelphia Marriott West was extremely helpful, with great local knowledge, making my stay lovely. The location, while convenient to I-276 and the western suburbs of Philadelphia, was fine, but the $10 per night parking was a downside. The dining experience was a bit pricey, especially for basic breakfast, but the food was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were good.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and nice thick curtains that helped with my jet lag. However, the location was a bit removed from walkable spots, other than gas stations, which was a downside. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my experience enjoyable.
